Returns Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you normally have the right to cancel and return orders within 7 working days. However the regulations for  selling medicines means that this does not apply as we cannot guarantee the quality of returned goods.

Please check your delivery upon receipt to check for any signs of damage, that the correct items have been received and nothing is missing. If there is anything missing or damaged please let us know using the “Contact Us” page so that we can put this right as soon as possible.
